This wine was produced from Viosinho, Rabigato and Gouveio vineyards coming from our best plots located in the Douro Superior (sub-region of Douro wine region), Mêda municipality, Portugal.

FOOD PAIRING: Try with appetizers and snacks, seafood, lean fish, cured meats, and spicy Asian food like Thai or curry. Try with Portuguese dishes such as boiled saltcod with chickpeas, roasted saltcod, chicken, and rabbit dishes. Also try with creamy, cheesy pasta dishes or rotisserie chicken with root vegetables.
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C.

AROMA: It has a fruity aroma with pineapple, peach and tropical notes.
PALATE: With a well-balanced acidity, resulting in a long and very pleasant wine. Not submitted to filtration or stabilization operations, resulting in a normal formation of sediment.
