The limited collection of orange-wine still wines is created according to the centuries-old Georgian wine-making technology unique to the whole world - Kakhetian, when fermentation and aging take place on the skin in clay amphorae "kvevri".
This wine-making technology is perhaps the oldest in the world - it is about 8 thousand years old.
